Why Join

Two hours of Oslo fjord magic: heat + cold cycles, relaxed tunes, low-key vibes, and space for good talk. Optional dinner together afterward.

Who can join

This gathering is exclusively for OSIF members who have joined at least three OSI club sessions this semester (we’ll verify).

What’s included

• Private sauna (2 hours) — just our group

• Direct fjord access for refreshing dips

• Good company & easy conversation

Plan

• 13:45 - Meet at Langkaia Sauna entrance, quick roll call

• 14:00-16:00 - Sauna cycles + dips + chill vibes

• 16:05 → Optional group dinner nearby
  
  

What to pack

• Swimwear

• Two towels: one to sit on (mandatory), one to dry off

• Bag for wet gear

• Large bottle of water

• Leave jewelry/phones/glasses outside or in a small bag (they heat up + easy to forget)

• Wear swimwear under your clothes to save time changing

• Prefer loose clothing for afterward (tight jeans after sauna = not ideal)

• First-come, first-served (join the waitlist if full)

• Cancellation: Please cancel 24+ hours in advance or find a replacement. Late no-shows may be charged.

Safety & vibe

Hydrate, take breaks, listen to your body. Alcohol-free is recommended, respectful, inclusive. Leave warmer, calmer -and a bit more connected.☺️
